We are personally invested in people using our modules to make music in the world. If that's not happening, maybe we can help. While our policies will not cover every issue you may have, if in doubt, email support@nsinstruments.com.

Justice. New System Instruments is committed to the general liberation of all bodies and persons and the eruption of the lifeworld in sacred growth. In particular, we are committed to antiracism, antisexism, antiablism, internationalism, and LGBTQIA+ liberation. It's a messed up world, but if you see a way to help us in this fight, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Returns. Returns of items are permitted for any reason within 15 days of receipt. The item must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Due to limitations with shipping providers, we cannot issue return labels for international shipments. These items can still be returned, but must be shipped at the buyers expense. To request a return, send an email to support@nsinstruments.com and wait for confirmation and approval.

Warranty. Built modules have a warranty for basic functionality for as long as New Systems Instruments or any successor is doing business. This warranty does not officially include damage incurred outside of normal use, damage caused by another part of the modular system (such as the power supply), or normal wear and tear (such as a worn faceplate). However, it doesn't hurt to ask for help in any situation, even if a problem is due directly to your misuse or negligence. While we may be able to issue a return label for domestic shipping, the buyer is ultimately responsible for shipping an item for return under warranty. To request help or a warranty return, email support@nsinstruments.com and wait for instructions.

While we love helping out the DIY community, DIY modules come with no warranty except that they arrive as described. These are kits to build a module, not a guarantee that a finished module will in fact result. We will help if we can, but nobody gets through DIY without occasionally bunging a module.

Other. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, although generally we strive to honor all orders while we have stock. In particular, preorders may be cancelled, delayed, and/or refunded.

While we make every effort at accuracy, nevertheless the information on this website or in other communications may not be accurrate, consistent, or timely. In particular, we do not guarantee shipping times, and the price of any item is the final price indicated before purchase.

The warranties on our products, services, and communications, express or implied, are limited to those noted above. In no event shall New Systems Instruments be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with our products, services, communications, or the use thereof.
